Originally opened in 1967 by Alex Badke in Capilano Mall, West Vancouver. Gem Jewellers has now been located in Squamish for 25 years. Owned and operated by 2nd and 3rd generation jewellers Roland and Daniel Badke, we specialize in custom design jewellery, diamond sales, and appraisals.

At Gem Jewellers we use the leading design software, manufacturing processes, tools and techniques. We focus on long term relationships with clients, gaining a large majority of our new customers due to referrals and a large majority of our business from repeat customers. We pride ourselves in our ethical approach to the jewellery business. Whether it be related to an insurance claim, sourcing the highest quality diamond, appraising a family heirloom or designing the perfect engagement ring, we act as advocates for our customers.
